Halotherapy or Dry Salt Therapy is a holistic,drug free, natural therapy that promotes better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness, and overall wellness. As you relax, micro particles of pure grade sodium chloride are dispersed into the salt room. These particles are inhaled as well as land on the skin promoting overall better health and wellness.

15 minute mini session

during your 20 minute session you will receive a hot towel to open up your pores and help you relax. we offer complimentary water, and an  herbal tea for you to enjoy during your session.

During this 30 minute session you will receive a hot towel to help you relax. we offer complimentary water or an  herbal tea to enjoy during your session. 

Worth Its Salt

During this 40 minute session you are given a hot towel to help you relax. We offer a water or a complimentary herbal tea to enjoy during your session. You will also receive a complimentary foot soak using Himalayan pink salt and an added salt pack of your choice.
